Random Acts of Kindness

Random Acts of Kindness, some acts of kindness

At Aveda Institute Maryland we believe in giving back to our students, our staff, and our community. So, that’s we teach best practices such as random acts of kindness. Doing small acts of kindness is a great way to give back and spread some joy around!

Below we have a list of Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) for 52 weeks. That is one RAK for each week but of course you can do so much more if you want! Let us know on Social Media what RAK’s you did this week!
